Fuel valve Unikar4

Unikar4 fuel valve for "VEBER" type carburetors of cars VAZ-2101, VAZ-2103, VAZ-2105, VAZ-2106, VAZ-2107 "Zhiguli", VAZ-2121 "Niva", Moskvich-2141 "Aleko", IZH-2126 "Oda" and their modifications. It is not an original part and has not been installed from the factory on cars. Differs from the original needle in a different design of the locking part: instead of a ball with an annular gasket, the top of the needle is made of oil- and gasoline-resistant rubber and has the shape of a cone. This improves the connection of the valve to the seat, so that the fuel does not overflow the float chamber, it is easier to install and control the fuel level, and the overall reliability of the unit increases. The kit includes a valve, seat and O-ring made of soft metal.

Отличается от оригинальной иглы иным исполнением запирающей части: взамен шарика с кольцевой прокладкой, верх иглы выполнен из маслобензостойкой резины и имеет форму конуса. Тем самым улучшается примыкание клапана к седлу, благодаря чему топливо не переполняет поплавковую камеру, проще установить и контролировать уровень топлива, повышается общая надежность узла. В комплекте поставляется клапан, седло и уплотнительное кольцо из мягкого металла.
